Our education work takes place in schools and the community and is participative in nature. Proper Job utilises knowledge of creative teaching methods, emotional literacy, multiple intelligences and Neuro-Linguistic Programming to deliver highly effective Projects. This academic knowledge provides a flexible approach that makes our work accessible to a wide range of social and ethnic backgrounds that Proper Job has experience working with.
We employ this experience in order to develop programmes of work that cater for schools, colleges and other institutes specific needs. This manifests itself in bespoke projects being developed alongside the school. At present these projects are often delivered with Creative Partnerships, in West and South Yorkshire, Lancashire and Greater Manchester.
