‘If one person is capable of doing something then, potentially, anyone is.’
NLP is the subjective study of human behaviour.
By exploring a whole range of NLP principles and strategies, we can begin to enjoy identifying and adopting new approaches to how we think, feel and behave, in order to become even more effective and successful in how we interact with ourselves, other people and our surroundings.
During this two part workshop you will be introduced to NLP in an engaging and interactive programme. Whereas some NLP courses take a more passive, intellectual approach, at PJ we believe that the most effective way to experience NLP is by doing it. That is why, on this workshop, you are invited to actively participate, so that our learning is more deeply integrated both physically and emotionally.
In a relaxed, informal and enjoyable atmosphere you will:
Begin to appreciate the ways in which you are influenced by other people, events and circumstances – allowing you to make more informed decisions about the possibilities that are presented to you.
Become more aware of how you ignore many aspects of your experience and focus on a few specific ones – enabling you to consider the effect this ‘filtering’ may have on you in the short and long term.
Experience what the world is like from someone else’s perspective – assisting you in gaining greater rapport with others and enjoying more positive relationships.
Learn techniques that enable you to create positive ‘anchors’ or ‘triggers’ – resulting in you being able to create the most appropriate ‘state’ for any given situation you find yourself in.
Understand how you motivate (or de-motivate!) yourself and others – in order to learn new strategies to achieve the results you want.
Recognise existing and unhelpful beliefs – and identify ways to replace them with more positive and productive ones.
