As part of a Government Initiative called "Buildings Schools for the Future", schools across many areas of the UK will be amalgamated and merged into new "Super Schools". Proper Job has been working with Creative Partnerships and local schools across East Lancashire to make this a positive process. We have worked alongside local authorities, during consultation with schools, parents and local communities, in schools during consultation with pupils and parents and with students and teachers around dealing positively with change.
Proper Job has successfully engaged over 15 schools and 2,000 residents in East Lancashire (mainly Burnley).
Project activities are funded through Creative Partnerships East Lancashire who works throughout the boroughs of Burnley, Pendle, Rossendale and Hyndburn to significantly increase children and young people's awareness of possibilities and assist the development of the creative and cultural infrastructure of the area.
