One Step Beyond is delivered with Year 11 pupils who are about to leave school and explores the challenges that young people feel most apprehensive about when entering the modern workplace. Using forum theatre and video the young people involved work through situations from their own and peer group experience and develop strategies and solutions with the aim of encouraging participants to be comfortable and confident enough to take that one step beyond practice, and actually use what they learn in real life situations.
