Over the last few years Proper Job has developed a comprehensive methodology for training teachers and professionals.

Much like our work in education and the community, we draw on knowledge of creative teaching methods, emotional literacy, multiple intelligences and Neuro-Linguistic Programming to deliver highly effective professional and personal development programmes, with teachers, creative professionals and individuals.

We provide training in emotional literacy, communication skills, developing effective relationships, creative facilitation and other bespoke programmes for specific needs. We have delivered training for housing trusts, local authorities, trainee teachers, Creative Agents and other professionals.
